About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2009 No. 466 "About some measures for sales of goods made in the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
in subitem 1.1 of Item 1:
in paragraphs the second and seventh to replace the word of "years" with the word "years *";

To industry ministry and the Ministry of Finance in a month after provision by banks - nonresidents of the Republic of Belarus and leasing companies - nonresidents of the Republic of Belarus of the delay provided in the interlinear note to subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2009 No. 466, to bring the agreements signed by the Government of the Republic of Belarus with these banks and leasing companies into compliance with this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
