About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of support to the families which are bringing up handicapped children I decide:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 10, 2019 No. 140 "About compensation of customs duties, taxes" the following changes:

1.1. to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:

"For the purpose of support to the disabled people, large families and families which are bringing up handicapped children I decide:

1. Compensate to disabled people of I or II groups, parents (adoptive parents, adopters) in large families or handicapped children aged up to 18 years, to guardians (custodians) of handicapped children aged up to 18 years of 50 percent of customs duties, the taxes which are subject to payment when importing to the territory of the Republic of Belarus of vehicles for private use, except for water and aircrafts.";

1.2. in Item 2:

to add part one of subitem 2.2 with paragraphs of the following content:

"the status of the parent (the adoptive father, the adopter) of the handicapped child aged up to 18 years, - certificates of the disabled person and the certificate of birth of the child (the copy of the decision (the statement from the decision) vessels about adoption (adoption) - for the adoptive father (adopter) who is not specified as the parent in the certificate of birth of the child);

the status of the guardian (custodian) of the handicapped child aged up to 18 years, - certificates of the disabled person and the certificate on the right of representation of interests of the ward.";

the paragraph one of subitem 2.3 to state in the following edition:

"2.3. in case of submission of the relevant documents specified in paragraphs the second or fifth to part one of subitem 2.2 of this Item:".

2. Operation of this Decree does not extend to the customs duties, taxes paid concerning the vehicles issued in free circulation before entry into force of this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
