About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure of foreign trade activity by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs I decide:

1. Bring in Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 27, 2008 No. 178 "About procedure for carrying out and control of the foreign trade transactions" the following changes:

in subitem 1.1:

the nineteenth to exclude the paragraph;

the twenty fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the statistical declaration - the declaration, which:";

after the paragraph of the twenty fifth to add the subitem with paragraphs of the following content:

"it is presented in the form of the electronic document by the exporter (importer), the consignor (consignee) or according to their order the customs representative for the purposes of the statistical recording of shipments (deliveries) of goods, making of customs transactions concerning which is not made, on one and more facts of shipments (deliveries) of goods which total cost constitutes the amount equivalent * 3000 euros and more, for reporting calendar month within the agreement in foreign trade providing paid transfer of goods;

is registered in customs authorities with use of information systems and information technologies;

is the document of currency exchange control of the foreign trade transactions;

* For the purposes of this Decree for cost determination of goods in euro, specified in the agreement in foreign trade in other foreign currency, recalculation of such cost using the official rates established by National Bank for date of the conclusion of the agreement in foreign trade is made.";

to exclude the paragraph of the twenty sixth;

third subitem 1.16.1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
