About modification and amendments in the Law "About Probation"

Article 1. In article 55 of the Law of May 17, 2016 No. ZR-48 "About probation":
Heading to state 1) in the following edition:
"Article 55. Head of Service of probation and deputies";
To add 2) with parts 1.1 and 1.2 of the following content:
"1.1. The nominated person having the higher education and years of service of public service at least four years or having the higher education and four years of professional working life can be the head of Service of probation.
1.2. The nominated person having the higher education and years of service of public service at least three years or having the higher education and three years of professional working life can be the deputy manager of Service of probation.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
