About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning strengthening of protection of telecommunication networks
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:
1. Article 147 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (1984, appendix to No. 51, 1122) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR to the Art. in the following edition:
"Article 147. Abuse of regulations of protection of telecommunication networks
Abuse of regulations of protection of telecommunication networks or damage of telecommunication network or technical means of telecommunication, or the constructions of telecommunication which are part of telecommunication network
involve imposing of penalty on citizens from hundred to two hundred free minima income of citizens and on officials - from three hundred to four hundred free minima income of citizens".
2. Article 360 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (2001, 131) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. 25-26, in such edition:
"Article 360. Intentional damage or destruction of telecommunication network
1. Intentional damage or destruction of telecommunication network or technical means of telecommunication, or the constructions of telecommunication which are part of telecommunication network if such actions entailed the termination of provision of telecommunication services,
are punished by penalty from one thousand to three thousand free minima of the income of citizens or social jobs for a period of up to hundred twenty hours, or restriction of freedom for a period of one up to three years.
2. The same actions made repeatedly or by previous concert by group of persons, or all-dangerous method
are punished by penalty from three thousand to ten thousand free minima of the income of citizens or imprisonment for a period of three up to five years.
3. The actions provided by parts one or the second this Article if they did property harm in large size or entailed heavy effects,
