The words "Providing Forced Execution" to replace 1) with the word "rescuer";
2) words "Investigative Committee, Special investigative service and state …" To exclude the Ministries of Justice;
To add 3) after the word "prosecutors" with words ", persons holding autonomous positions in the Investigative Committee, Special investigative service (including the persons working or serving earlier in the specified bodies and positions)".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
