About entering of amendments into the Law "About the Companies of Water Users and the Unions of the Companies of Water Users"

Article 1. No. ZR-374 "About the companies of water users and the unions of the companies of water users" (further - the Law) after the first paragraph to add article 17 of the Law of June 4, 2002 with the new paragraph of the following content:
"The capable citizens of the Republic of Armenia having the higher education, at least one year of work experience in executive positions of system of water economy or at least three years of work experience in executive positions in the field of entrepreneurship or management can be chosen as the chief executive and the deputy director of the company.".
Article 2. To add article 28 of the Law after the first paragraph with the new paragraph of the following content:
"The capable citizens of the Republic of Armenia having the higher education, at least one year of work experience in executive positions of system of water economy or at least three years of work experience in executive positions in the field of entrepreneurship or management can be chosen as the chief executive and the deputy director of the union.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
