About introduction of amendments to the Law on some measures for implementation of the state program "First house" No. 293/2017
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on some measures for implementation of the state program "First house" No. 293/2017 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 18-26, 95), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In part (1) Article 4:
in Item a) to replace figures "45" with figures "50";
Items d) and e) to state in the following edition:
"d) the area of housing acquired within the Program shall exceed the area of housing which has as exclusive property or together with other family members. To the corresponding established conditions also person having as exclusive property or together with other family members housing, irrespective of its area, in the village (commune), received as a result of inheritance or donation is considered;
e) the spouse shall / the spouse shall have as exclusive property or together with other family members, except the beneficiary, housing exceeding the area of housing acquired within the Program. To the corresponding established conditions also person whose spouses/spouse have as exclusive property or together with other family members housing, irrespective of its area, in the village (commune), received as a result of inheritance or donation is considered;".
2. In Item b) parts (1) Article 6 of the word "at least 10 percent" shall be replaced with words "at least 5 percent".
3. Part (articles 7 after the words "within the Program" to add 5) with words ", and also for the mortgage loans obtained prior to implementation of the state program "First house" which beneficiaries correspond to the selection criteria specified in Article 4,".
4. Part (articles 8 after words of "mortgage housing" to add 6) with words ", and also unreasonably paid monetary compensations,".
Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
