About cancellation of national final examinations in training programs of the general education of examinations of 2020

Art. 1. - In departure from part provisions (5) Articles 29, parts (8) and (11) article 31 of the Code of the Republic of Moldova about education No. 152/2014, for the purpose of the prevention of risk of disease of COVID-19, of safety of graduates of programs of the general education and protection of their life and health, within the examinations of 2020:
1) the organization and holding national final examinations in training programs of the general education of examinations of 2020 Is cancelled.
2) the Certificate on gymnasia education is issued by the pupil finishing this academic year the IX class with average annual assessment on school disciplines and general GPA above or equal "5" (five) with removal of estimates on examination disciplines on the basis of the estimates received during training in the VII-IX classes. Estimates on examination disciplines are estimated as arithmetic average, with rounding to whole, the average annual estimates received by pupils during training in the VII-IX classes in these disciplines.
