In the Order of the Government No. 246/2010 about procedure for application of tax and customs privileges for implementation of the current projects of the technical and investment assistance falling under action of international treaties which party the Republic of Moldova is (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 52-53, 308), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
Item 3 to add 1) with the following text:
"The projects specified with the status completed in the AMP Platform, are subject to phase-out of tax and customs privileges according to provisions of this resolution.";
2) in appendix No. 1:
a) in Chapter II 27 to exclude line item;
4 line items 27-9 to state column in the following edition: "SKAT Consulting Ltd." (Switzerland); Branch of SKAT Fund in the Republic of Moldova; "Moldo-shveytsarsky Center of Cooperation of SKAT" Fund;
