About modification of the Regulations on establishment of the official rate of hryvnia to foreign currencies and calculation of help value of hryvnia exchange rate to US dollar and book price of bank metals
According to Articles 7, of 15, of 36, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of calculation of the official rate of hryvnia to foreign currencies the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. And calculation of help value of the hryvnia exchange rate to US dollar and book price of bank metals approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 10, 2019 No. 148, to state Item 9 of the Section III of Provisions on establishment of the official rate of hryvnia to foreign currencies in the following edition:
"9. Numerical value of the official rate of hryvnia to US dollar is determined as the amount of hryvnias for 1 unit of foreign currency to other foreign currencies, except US dollar, and book price of bank metals - according to the lists of foreign currencies and bank metals specified in Item 5 of the Section II of this provision.
The official rate of hryvnia to foreign currencies is established to within four decimal signs, except the specified official rate of hryvnia to SPZ which is established to within six decimal signs. Book price of bank metals is calculated to within two decimal signs.".
