About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 2, 2020 No. 23

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 41, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 68, 74 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of prolongation to banks of Ukraine of transition period for transfer of remaining balance of means in calculations and the amounts of the created reserves on funds in calculations into the corresponding balance sheet accounts of the Chart of accounts of the financial accounting of banks of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 11, 2017 No. 89 "About approval of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine), the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 2, 2020 No. 23 "About establishment of transition period to banks of Ukraine and modification to some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine" such changes:

The word of "March" to replace 1) in the subitem 1 of Item 1 with the word of "May";

And figures "till March 31" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 2 of the word also in figures of "March till May 31".

2. To accounting department (Bogdan Lukasiewicz) after official publication to inform banks information on adoption of this resolution.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Roman Borisenko.

4. The resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2020.
