Article 1. In article 9 of the Constitutional law of January 17, 2018 No. ZR-42 "About the Constitutional court" (further - the Law):

Part 6 after the words "Attorney-General" to add 1) with the words "or deputy for its order";

Part 10 after the word "participation" to add 2) with the words "performed without the permission of the judge".

Article 2. In article 12 of the Law:

Item 3 of part 3 to state 1) in the following edition:

"3) intentional or by rough negligence abuse of regulations of behavior, provided by Items 1 - 4, 8 both 9, 11 and 12, 15 and 16 parts of 1 Article 14, and also Items 1 - 3, 5 - 10 parts 2 of the same Article which on circumstances of assumption and (or) the caused effects is incompatible with the status of the judge;";

To add 2) with parts 3.1 and 3.2 of the following content:

"3.1. In sense of this Article, act is considered committed by rough negligence if the judge did not understand illegality of the behavior, polecat in this situation obviously could and shall make it.

3.2. In sense of this Article, act is considered committed intentionally if the judge understood illegality of the behavior.".

Article 3. To state part 3 of article 13 of the Law in the following edition:

"3. For the purpose of involvement of the judge of the Constitutional court to disciplinary responsibility production can be initiated based on violation by the judge of the rules of conduct established by this Law within three months after its identification, except for the violations provided by Items 15 and 16 of part 1 of article 14 of this Law. Based on violation by the judge of the rules of conduct provided by Items 15 and 16 of part 1 of article 14 of this Law disciplinary production it can be initiated within one year after their identification, but no later than in three years after emergence of this basis.".
