About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2020 and the forecast for 2021-2022"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2020 and the forecast for 2021-2022" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2019, No. 12, the Art. 706) the following changes:

1) in Article 1:

a) regarding 1 figure of "163710434,2" and "171663937,2" to replace respectively with figures of "135346827,2" and "163039088,4";

b) regarding 2 figures" to replace "7953503," with figures of "27692261,2";

c) regarding 3 figures" to replace "7953503," with figures of "27692261,2";

To replace 2) regarding 2 Articles of the 5th figure "3000000,0" with figures of "2411508,2";

Article 14 to state 3) in the following edition:

"Article 14.

Collect in the relevant budgets of means of the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic, including the means accumulated on special accounts, used by budgetary institutions, business entities and local government bodies not on purpose, and also enlisted into special accounts with violation of Article 105 of the Budget code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

To state bodies and local government bodies, and also the organizations created by state bodies and local government bodies to close all accounts out of system of treasury, except for the organizations provided by part 4 of Article 105 of the Budget code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the budgetary institutions located outside the Kyrgyz Republic, and Republican organization of prosthetic and orthopedic products of the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In case of violation of the specified regulations heads of budgetary institutions will bear responsibility according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
