3. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide to export agency the state unitary enterprise "Tadzhagropromeksport" with the room.

4. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide to export agency financing of activities of the state unitary enterprise "Tadzhagropromeksport" for purchase, procurement, snore, packaging and export of competitive products abroad by budgetary and extrabudgetary funds.

5. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 6, 2018 No. 396 "About export Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" the following change and amendment;
