About entering of amendments into the Water code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In article 37.1 of the Water code of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2002:

The minimum technical requirements to technical equipment for tracking online location of the machines performing drilling for the purpose of use of underground fresh waters, are established by the minister of the environment.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
