Article 1. In article 25 of the Law of April 9, 2007 No. ZR-177 "About insurance and insurance activity" (further - the Law):
1) part 1 after the words "or other communication" to add with words ", including e-mail, platforms of programs and appendices (including mobile applications)";
2) the last offer of the second paragraph of part 1 to state in the following edition: "Such meeting is not considered the meeting held in remote procedure (poll), and the decisions made at such meeting are not considered accepted by way of remote vote (poll).".
Article 2. Part 4 of article 30 of the Law after the words "or other communication" to add with words ", including e-mail, platforms of programs and appendices (including mobile applications)".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
