About entering of amendments into the Law "About the Organization and Conducting Checks in the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. Part 4 of article 1 of the Law of May 17, 2000 No. ZR-60 "About the organization and conducting checks in the Republic of Armenia" (further - the Law) after words "the checks directed to determination of actual state of the cases on fulfillment of requirements established by the legislation concerning the sphere of the public assistance" to add with words "the checks directed to determination of actual state of cases on fulfillment of requirements of the legislation on material reserve.".

Article 2. To add article 2.1 of the Law with part 8 of the following content:

"8. The adjustments provided by this Article do not extend to the checks directed to determination of actual state of cases on accomplishment of the legislation on material reserve.".

Article 3. The paragraph of 1 part 2, the paragraph 2 parts 4 of Article 3 and part 1 of article 6 of the Law after words of "State commission on protection of the economic competition of the Republic of Armenia" to add the paragraph of 1 part 1.1, with words of "the checks directed to determination of actual state of cases on fulfillment of requirements of the legislation on material reserve".

Article 4. To add part 3.1 of article 4 of the Law with Item 6.1 of the following content:

"6. 1) the checks directed to determination of the state of affairs on accomplishment of the requirement of the legislation concerning material reserve are performed;".

Article 5. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
