About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 18, 2004 No. 990 and of August 30, 2008 No. 1252

For the purpose of enhancement of regulation of payment procedure of work of employees of diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. third subitem 2.2 of Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 18, 2004 "About streamlining of payment terms of work of employees of diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Republic of Belarus and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning such representations and organizations" to state the paragraph to No. 990 in the following edition:

"salary on the equated employee's position taking into account the allowances established by the legislation for the workers performing ensuring activities and maintenance of diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Republic of Belarus;";

1.2. the fifth part three of item 4 of the Regulations on procedure and payment terms of work, payment of compensations and benefits to the diplomatic workers, workers of the administrative technicians directed to work in diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Republic of Belarus, and payment procedure of compulsory insurance premiums for pension insurance of spouses of diplomatic workers, approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2008 No. 1252, to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"from salary on the equated position serving in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the workers from among administrative technicians performing ensuring activities and maintenance of foreign institutions taking into account the allowances established by the legislation.".
