About entering of amendment into the Law "About Insurance and Insurance Activity"

Article 1. Article 111 of the Law of April 9, 2007 No. ZR-177 "About insurance and insurance activity" to add with part 4 following of content:
"4. In the cases established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About confiscation of property of illegal origin" information which is insurance secret is provided to competent authority based on the judgment.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
