About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 58 of April 29, 2020

In pursuance of h (3) the Art. II of the Law No. 69/2020 "About organization of some measures for emergency state in the field of public health and modification of some regulations" (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2020, 222) I ORDER to Art. No. 124-125,:

1. In the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 58 of April 29, 2020 "About approval of the Regulations on subsidizing of the companies and non-profit organizations - residents of the Republic of Moldova which established technical idle time and/or idle time owing to epidemiological situation (COVID-19)" (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 110-111, 399) to make the following changes:

Preamble to add 1) with the text of the following content at the end: "and also h (3) the Art. II of the Law No. 69/2020 on organization of some measures for emergency state in the field of public health and modification of some regulations (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 124-125, 222)";

2) in appendix No. 1:

a) at the end to add Item 5 with the text of the following content: "and also during May 16 - on June 30, 2020.";

b) to add Item 13 after the words "The Application Is Submitted" with the text "till November 30, 2020 inclusive,";

c) to exclude from Item 18 of the word "in case of suspension of operations".

2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
