About recognition voided some Orders of the Government
Based on Item c) article 6 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Recognize invalid:
1) the Order of the Government No. 121/2015 about approval of signs of distinction for uniform and regulations of ensuring protection of Service of the state protection with uniform of officers (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 78-83, 150), with subsequent changes;
2) the Order of the Government No. 550/2017 about approval of the Disciplinary charter of the officer of protection of Service of the state protection (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 244-251, 635), with subsequent changes.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
