About modification of some legislative acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of the procedure of modification

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Article 2 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (1984, appendix to No. 51, by the station 1122) after part three to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR with new part of such content:

"Changes can be made to the legislation of Ukraine on administrative offenses only by the laws on introduction of amendments to this Code and other laws of Ukraine establishing the administrative responsibility, and/or the legislation of Ukraine on criminal liability, and/or the penal procedural legislation of Ukraine".

With respect thereto the fourth to consider part part five.

2. Article 3 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with part six of such content:

"6. Changes can be made to the legislation of Ukraine on criminal liability only by the laws on introduction of amendments to this Code and/or the penal procedural legislation of Ukraine and/or the legislation of Ukraine on administrative offenses".

3. Article 1 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine (2013, Art. No. No. 9-13, 88) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with part three of the following content:

"3. Changes can be made to the penal procedural legislation of Ukraine only by the laws on introduction of amendments to this Code and/or the legislation on criminal liability, and/or the legislation of Ukraine on administrative offenses".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
