form in structure of the Agency of cultural heritage (further - the Agency) and its territorial administrations respectively Management of art examination and departments of art examination without the status of the legal entity;
abolish Management of art examination under the Ministry of Culture and its territorial departments, transfer their operating established posts and property according to the Agency and its territorial administrations with preserving the operating procedure for financing, to list its money in off-budget fund of cultural heritage of the Agency;
liquidate the State unitary enterprise "Madany Meros Tajmirlash-tiklash" under the Ministry of Culture and the State unitary enterprise "Meros Chashmas" under the Agency with transfer of the buildings and other material means belonging to them on the right of economic maintaining, operational management and permanent use to Research institution of cultural heritage in accordance with the established procedure;
