About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About system of broadcasting to foreign countries of Ukraine" rather program policy and the territory of distribution

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of broadcasting to foreign countries of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 4, the Art. 37) the following changes:

The third and fourth to state 2) to part in the following edition:

"3. The MIPU programs are made in Ukrainian, and also in other languages depending on feasibility and need of use of this or that language for goal achievement of activities of MIPU.

4. MIPU performs the activities by creation and distribution of information product by channels of satellite, on-air land analog and digital broadcasting, broadcasting in cable networks, on the Internet.

On-air land analog and digital broadcasting and broadcasting in cable networks are performed only outside Ukraine, except broadcasting cases in temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, broadcasting in the regions of Ukraine adjoining on temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, and also broadcasting in the border regions of Ukraine adjoining on the territory of the state aggressor or the territories of other states from which programs of the state aggressor by land on-air and/or digital broadcasting extend".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
