About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning safety of use of nuclear energy

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2007, No. 29, Art. 389 with subsequent changes):

the second to add part with words of "the state supervision of observance of safety requirements of use of nuclear energy";

in word part four "the state supervision of observance of requirements of nuclear and radiation safety (except implementation of the state supervision of implementation of activities with sources of ionizing radiation, activities for which use are not subject to licensing)" to exclude.

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of types of economic activity" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2015, No. 23, Art. 158 with subsequent changes):

Part the second Article 2 to add 1) with Item 4-1 of the following content:

"4-1) activities in the field of use of nuclear energy which is performed according to the Law of Ukraine "About allowing activities in the field of use of nuclear energy";

5 parts one of Article 7 of the word "taking into account the features determined by the Law of Ukraine "About allowing activities in the field of use of nuclear energy" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item "according to the Law of Ukraine "About allowing activities in the field of use of nuclear energy".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in six-months time from the date of publication of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries, other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
