About urgent measures of support of the sphere of tourism for decrease in negative impact of koronavirusny pandemic

For the purpose of support of tourist and related industries, the most strongly injured and continuing to have negative influence from koronavirusny pandemic, preserving hundreds of thousands of workplaces and qualified specialists, maintenance of their income, and also the accelerated recovery of tourism in process of improvement of sanitary and epidemiologic situation in the country:

1. Agree with offers of the Special republican commission on preparation of the Program of measures for the prevention of delivery and distribution of new type of coronavirus in the Republic of Uzbekistan, public organizations and subjects of the sphere of tourism about:

renewal since June 1, 2020 in regions of "green" and "yellow" categories of internal tourism from the beginning of activities of the accompanying organizations (tour operators, travel agencies, means of placement, objects of culture, cultural heritage and others) in case of strict observance of the established sanitary and hygienic regulations and requirements;

step-by-step renewal of entrance tourism with determination of the list of the countries to which citizens entry into the Republic of Uzbekistan is allowed.

2. Determine that for tour operators, travel agents, and also means of placement:

during the period from June 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021 rates of the income tax decrease by 50 percent from the established rates;

the right of transfer of losses following the results of 2020 and 2021 without restriction of their sizes provided by the Tax code of the Republic of Uzbekistan is granted;

during the period till January 1, 2021 charge and payment of tourist (hotel) collection stops.

Grant to means of placement the right to interest-free delay (payment by installments) of payment of local collection for the right of implementation of retail trade by alcoholic products for up to January 1, 2021 with the notification of bodies of the State Tax Service and subsequent their payment by equal shares within 12 months.
