2. From Articles 7. 4, 7.5, 8.4, 10.2 to exclude the words "or Supreme Majlis of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic".

3. State Article 8.5 in the following edition:

"8.5. Except as specified transfers of territorial unit to subordination of new administrative and territorial unit according to article 12 of this Law, and also cases of change of administrative subordination of territorial unit according to the procedure of the decision of territorial disputes between administrative and territorial units, in case of change of administrative subordination of territorial unit (by transfer to other area or city) the decision of general meeting (meetings) of the citizens with voting power living on territorial unit which administrative subordination changes (with indication of the number of persons having voting power and also persons participating at meeting (meetings) is attached to the documents specified in article 8.4 of this Law.".
