Registration of leaves of disability, appointment and allowance payment on temporary disability for the period, specified in paragraph six of Item 8 of these Provisional rules, are performed in case of acceptance by management officials of subjects of the Russian Federation (heads of the supreme executive bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation) based on proposals (instructions) of the chief state health officers of subjects of the Russian Federation and their deputies of the decision on prolongation of effective period of the rationing arrangements aimed at providing sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population regarding need of observance of the mode of self-isolation by persons at the age of 65 years and is more senior.
