1. Bring in Item 2 of the Section II of the Instruction on procedure and conditions of payment of remuneration to faces of the private and the commanding structure of service of civil protection for direct participation in actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions or the anti-terrorist operation, other actions in the conditions of the special period approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of May 17, 2016 No. 385, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 02, 2016 for No. 803/28933, the following changes:

The second figures "10 000" to replace 1) in the paragraph with figures "17 000";

In paragraph three of figure "4 500" to replace 2) with figures "6 500".

2. To public service of Ukraine on emergency situations (Chechetkin N. A.) provide implementation of this order, in the expense limits on cash cover provided for the corresponding year.

3. To management of interaction with Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (the Racer of VA.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
