About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About administrative production"

Article 1

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About administrative production" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 12, Article 1084; 2006, No. 12, Article 1031; 2008, No. 6, Article 462; 2011, No. 7, Article 592; 2014, No. 12, Article 1516; 2016, No. 4, Article 643; 2018, No. 12 (book I), Articles 2470, 2530; 2019, No. 1, of Article 5, of 21, No. 2, Article 184) to make the following changes:

1.1. In Article 41.4 of the word "based on the decision... experts of the relevant structures, stipulated by the legislation the Azerbaijan Republic" shall be replaced with words "based on the decision... or the agreement signed with interested persons... experts of organizations of judicial examination or private court experts";

1.2. State Article 41.5 in the following edition:

"41.5. If the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic does not provide other term, the expert, no later than 30 days from the moment of receipt of the resolution of administrative authority on purpose of examination in organization of judicial examination, draws the written conclusion, certifies it the signature and immediately sends to administrative authority.";

1.3. Add with Article 41.5-1 of the following content:

"41.5-1. If conducting examination cannot be provided during the term specified by article 41.5 of this Law, the head of organization of judicial examination without delay provides to administrative authority information on it with indication of the reasonable reasons. In this case administrative authority, having taken degree of complexity of researches into account, issues the decree on prolongation of term of conducting examination.";

1.4. add with Article 41.8 of the following content:
