For the purpose of support of subjects of entrepreneurship by provision of delay or payment by installments on outstanding amounts on insurance premiums and the tax debt formed as a result of force majeure circumstances, connected with spread of koronavirusny infection of COVID-19, according to article 8-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national social insurance" and article 29 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Determine that:

1) from April 1 to October 1, 2020 payers of insurance premiums have the right to submit applications in tax authority for provision of the delay or payment by installments on outstanding amounts on insurance premiums formed from March 1 till May 31, 2020 as a result of force majeure circumstances, for the term of no more than 1 year;

2) provision of delay or payment by installments on outstanding amounts on insurance premiums is performed according to the procedure, the provided Chapter 11 of the Regulations on procedure for the collection of tax debt approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of provisions and the Procedure on administration of taxes" of April 7, 2011 No. 144.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of provisions and the Procedure on administration of taxes" of April 7, 2011 No. 144 the following change:
