the order of FCS of Russia of December 14, 2012 No. 2535 "About modification of the Administrative regulations of the Federal Customs Service on provision of the state service in adoption of provisional solutions about the country of goods' origin approved by the order of FCS of Russia of September 30, 2011 No. 1978" (28.01.2013, registration No. 26736) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation;

I. General provisions

The administrative regulations of the Federal Customs Service about goods origin (further - Administrative regulations) determine terms and the sequence of procedures (administrative actions) of officials of the Federal Customs Service in case of adoption of provisional solutions about goods origin by provision of the state service in adoption of provisional solutions, and also order of interaction of FCS of Russia, its structural divisions and applicants by provision of the state service.

5) the amount of the state tax collected for provision of the state service;

6) the exhaustive list of the bases for suspension or refusal in provision of the state service;

7) information on the applicant's right to pre-judicial (extrajudicial) appeal of actions (failure to act) and the decisions made (performed) during provision of the state service;

8) the forms of statements (notifications, messages) used by provision of the state service.

Information on EGPU on procedure and terms of provision of the state service based on the data containing in the federal state information system "Federal Register of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" is provided to the applicant free of charge.
