Bring in the Instruction about forced return and exclusion from Ukraine of foreigners and persons without citizenship approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine of April 23, 2012 No. 353/271/150, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 21, 2012 for No. 806/21119 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine of January 22, 2018 No. 38/77), the following changes:
