About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather single questions of completion 2019/2020 academic years

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. Item 1-1 of the Section XII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2017, No. 38-39, of Art. 380; 2020, 18, 123) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:

"1-1. Duration of academic year in organizations of education is established by special laws. In case of establishment of prohibition to participants of educational process to visit organizations of education, temporarily, for implementation of actions for prevention of origin and spread of koronavirusny disease (COVID-19) provided by the quarantine established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine start date and/or the terminations of the corresponding academic year(s) can be determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

2. The Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine, the additional social and economic guarantees aimed at providing in connection with spread of koronavirusny disease (COVID-19)" (2020, No. 18, the Art. 123) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Item 4-1 of the following content:

"4-1. Determine that in connection with implementation of the actions directed to prevention of origin and spread of koronavirusny disease (COVID-19), job seekers of education who complete receipt of complete general secondary education in 2019/2020 academic year are exempted from passing of State Final Examination.

Job seekers of education who complete receipt of complete general secondary education in 2019/2020 academic year have the right to pass State Final Examination, including in the form of external independent estimation, at own will".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in two weeks from the date of entry into force of this Law:
