About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine in connection with reform of prosecutor's office and changes in system of judicial system of Ukraine
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Customs code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, Art. No. No. 44-48, 552) the following changes:
To replace 1) in part nine of Article 340 and part one of Article 359 of the word "Supreme Court of Ukraine" and "Attorney-General of Ukraine" in all cases respectively with words Supreme Court and "Attorney-General" in the corresponding case;
"The Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words 2) in part two of Article 456 and part two of Article 457 of the word "Office of the Attorney-General".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
