About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine in connection with carrying out administrative reform
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) the following changes:
1) in Article 17 of the word "body of the income and charges" in all cases and numbers shall be replaced with words "tax authority" in the corresponding case and number;
38 parts two of Article 29 of the word "bodies of the income and charges" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item "customs authorities";
3) in part two of Article 50 of the word "Bodies of the Income and Charges" shall be replaced with words "Tax authorities";
In paragraph three of part two of Article 64 of the word "bodies of the income and charges" shall be replaced with words 4) "tax authorities".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
