1. Violation by self-regulatory organization in the field of the financial market of procedure of control of activities of the members and application of measures concerning members of self-regulatory organization -

attracts the prevention or imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from ten thousand to fifty thousand rubles; on legal entities - from fifty thousand to two hundred thousand rubles.

2. Non-presentation or violation of procedure or terms of representation by self-regulatory organization in the field of the financial market in the Bank of Russia of information on address modification (location) of self-regulatory organization, the e-mail address, numbers of contact telephone numbers or the address of the official site of self-regulatory organization on the Internet, about the changes made to the charter of self-regulatory organization or about the documents approved (accepted) by self-regulatory organization and regulating activities of its specialized bodies -

attracts the prevention or imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from ten thousand to thirty thousand rubles; on legal entities - from thirty thousand to fifty thousand rubles.";

3) in Article 23.74:

a) part 1 after words "Articles 14. 14.30," to add 29, with words "parts 1 - 3 Articles 14.52 (if the specified offenses are made by self-regulatory organizations in the field of the financial market), Articles 14.52. 2,";

b) in part 2:
