About introduction of amendments and changes in the Constitutional law of the Republic of Armenia "Regulations of National Assembly"

Article 1. No. ZR-9 (further – the Law) to add part 3 of article 38 of the Constitutional law "Regulations of National Assembly" of December 16, 2016 with Item 18.2 of the following content:

"18. 2) question of recognition voided resolutions of National Assembly on removal at referendum of the project of changes in the Constitution, carrying out appointed based on which referendum is suspended according to the procedure, established by the Constitutional law "About Referendum";".

Article 2. In article 86 of the Law:

Part 2 after the words "sends them to the Constitutional Court" to add 1) with the words "for removal of assessment from the point of view of compliance of constitutionality of the project of changes in the Constitution to unchangeable articles of the Constitution";

Part 3 after the words "If Constitutional Court" to add 2) with the words "in case of removal of assessment from the point of view of compliance of constitutionality of the project of changes in the Constitution to unchangeable articles of the Constitution";

Part 4 after the words "If Constitutional Court" to add 3) with the words "in case of removal of assessment from the point of view of compliance of constitutionality of the project of changes in the Constitution to unchangeable articles of the Constitution", and "after receipt of its resolution" shall be replaced with words words of the same Article "after the introduction of its resolution in force".

Article 3. To add part 1 of article 102 of the Law with Item 4.1 of the following content:

"4. 1) in case of the end of warlike or emergency state - the draft of the resolution of National Assembly on recognition voided resolutions of National Assembly on pronouncement of the project of changes in the Constitution on referendum;".

Article 4. Add the law with Article 107.1 of the following content:
