About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning activities of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of optimization of structure of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Capital construction department according to the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 14, 2015 No. 484 the following changes:

in Regulations on the Capital construction department according to the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in Item 1 after the words "The Ministries in the Area" "capital" to exclude the word;

- in Item 8:

in all text "capital" in different cases to exclude the word;
