1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About organizational matters of forming of the project of revenues of the government budget" of August 26, 2015 No. 604 the following changes:

"The law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the basic principles of the budget right in the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words 1) in word preamble "The budget code of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income";

2) in the Technique of forecasting of the income of the government budget approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in Item 3 of the word "the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On non-tax payments" shall be replaced with words "The code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income";
