Based on the paragraph of the eleventh subitem 5.7 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 967, the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish report form of interim (anti-recessionary) managers about the activities according to appendix 1 and report form about economic (economic) activity of the debtor according to appendix 2.
2. Establish the term of submission by interim (anti-recessionary) managers of reports on the activities, reports on economic (economic) activity of the debtor - no later than the 25th following for reporting.
The reports on economic (economic) activity of the debtor provided according to part one of this Item for previous year (the accruing result) can be specified by interim (anti-recessionary) managers by their representation in the specified form no later than April 1 of the current year.
3. Approve the Instruction about procedure for creation and submission to the Ministry of Economics of reports of interim (anti-recessionary) managers.
4. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of April 20, 2017 No. 10 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for creation and submission of reports by interim (anti-recessionary) managers".
5. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
