About modification of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. In the paragraph the second part three of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2020, No. 5, Art. 31; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of January 14, 2020 No. 436-IX; of January 16, 2020 No. 468-IX; of March 17, 2020 No. 530-IX; of March 30, 2020 No. 548-IX; of April 13, 2020 No. 553-IX) of the word and figure "caused by coronavirus by SARS-CoV-2" shall be replaced with words and figure "SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and on fight against its effects" to add with the words "acquisition of the equipment for receptions of basic healthcare institutions in hospital districts, for the departments of the emergency (urgent) medical care entering into multi-profile hospitals, medical out-patient clinics medical assistant's and obstetric and infirmaries in the rural zone and carrying out capital repairs, reconstruction of these rooms, improvement of transport connection, construction, reconstruction, repair and content of highways public of the state, local value".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to include information on accomplishment of this Law in the report on the course and results of accomplishment of the Program of activities of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for 2020.
