About modification of the Forest code of Ukraine concerning carrying out national inventory count of the woods

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Forest code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 21, the Art. 170) the following changes:

1. To state Item 2 of Article 28 in the following edition:

"2) forming of state policy in the field of protection provides, protection, use and reproduction of the woods, conducting forest management, the state forest inventory, accounting, monitoring and carrying out national inventory count of the woods".

2. To state Item 3 of Article 28-1 in the following edition:

5. In Article 52:
