About modification of the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine and recognition voided some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 31, of 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", to the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of functions on state regulation of the markets of financial services", for the purpose of ensuring stable activities of banks and timely accomplishment of obligations to investors and other creditors by them the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 28, 2001 No. 368, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 26, 2001 for No. 841/6032 (with changes), such changes:

1) in Chapter 2 of the Section II:

state Item 2.1 in the following edition:

"2.1. The minimum size of the regulatory capital of bank (The N 1) shall make 200 million UAH";

exclude Item 2.2.

With respect thereto to consider Item 2.3 Item 2.2;

in Item 2.2 figures and the words "2.2 these Chapters" to replace with figures and the words "2.1 Chapters 2 of the Section II of this Instruction";

2) in the Section VIII:
