I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:
1. Article 188-19 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (1984, appendix to No. 51, 1122) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR to the Art. in the following edition:
"Article 188-19. Failure to carry out of legal requirements of the People's Deputy of Ukraine, Audit Chamber, member of Audit Chamber
Non-compliance with the terms of provision of the answer to the address of the People's Deputy of Ukraine established by the law, failure to provide, provision of obviously false or incomplete information on such address
involve imposing of penalty on officials from three hundred fifty to five hundred free minima income of citizens.
Making of violation, repeated within the year, provided by part one of this Article for which person was already subjected to administrative punishment,
involves imposing of penalty on officials from five hundred to seven hundred free minima income of citizens.
Non-compliance with the terms of provision of reply to the request of the People's Deputy of Ukraine established by the law, failure to provide, provision of obviously false or incomplete information on such request
involve imposing of penalty on officials from five hundred to eight hundred free minima income of citizens.
Making of violation, repeated within the year, provided by part three of this Article for which person was already subjected to administrative punishment,
involves imposing of penalty on officials from eight hundred to one thousand free minima of the income of citizens.
