Article 1 to add 1) with subitems 28-1) and 32) of the following content:

"28-1) information system of tracking of the international motor transportations - the information system functioning with use of the signals and these navigation satellite systems providing determination of location of vehicles, and also integrity of means of identification;";

"32) electronic identifiers (navigation seals) - the devices providing information transfer about vehicle traffic route, and also safety (opening) of the device in information system of tracking of the international motor transportations.";
