About modification of the Procedure for treasurer servicing of the income and other receipts of the government budget

According to the Law of Ukraine of October 4, 2019 "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning implementation of the single account for tax payment and charges, single fee on obligatory national social insurance" and to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER to No. 190-IX:

1. Bring in the Procedure for treasurer servicing of the income and other receipts of the government budget approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of January 29, 2013 No. 43, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 19, 2013 for No. 291/22823 (with changes), such changes:

Item 1.1 of the Section I after words of "The budget code of Ukraine" to add 1) with words and figures "Item 35-1.1 of Article 35-1 and";

Paragraph one of Item 2.5 of the Section II after the word "legislation" to add 2) with words ", or into the single account";

3) in the Section VIII:
