About modification and amendments in Regulations of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to Item 2 of article 9 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 1995 "About the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and Item 34 of Regulations of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the resolution of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 19, 2002 No. 1, the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the resolution of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 19, 2002 No. 1, the following changes and amendments:

"4-1. In view of special importance and urgency of the arrived address the Constitutional Council can make the decision on its consideration in the accelerated procedure. In this case preparation of materials for meeting of Council is performed by the speaker according to the procedure, determined by the Chairman of the Constitutional Council.";

To add 2) with Item 5-2 of the following content:

"5-2. The human rights, scientific and other organizations and citizens specializing in the questions raised before the Constitutional Council can send the conclusions (opinions) to Council. The conclusions based on the legal analysis of question, which are of interest and promoting proper consideration of the address can be attached to materials of production and are published on Internet resource of the Constitutional Council.";

3) to exclude the paragraph third Item 11;
