About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About rescue services and the status of rescuers"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About rescue services and the status of rescuers" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 5, the Art. 260) the following changes:

In paragraph one of Article 4 of the word of "Universal State System of Prevention and Response to ES" shall be replaced with words 1) "the state system of Civil protection";

2) in Article 6:

b) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. The complete list of the tasks assigned to specific rescue services, rescue units is determined in coordination with authorized state body in the field of Civil protection, republican and territorial authorities of management of Civil protection, according to their powers and is fixed in regulations on rescue services, rescue units or in charters of the specified services and forming.";
